My Healthy Carnivore Journey In Short

Just like anything in my life, I now base my nutritional choices on well-researched facts and rigorous scientific methods.

 

Somewhere in the beginning of 2020, I learned about the truth behind some conventional nutritional beliefs like the food pyramid, the role of fat and cholesterol, red meat, and more.

To my surprise, I found that many of these ideas aren't backed by solid scientific evidence. You can read all about it here.

 

In April 2020, I started a low-carb Keto diet. A month into the keto diet (which included vegetables), I complained to my cousin that the weight loss was slow. He said 'Ditch the veggies, eat just the animal-based food'. Even though I was the 'salad queen' - I followed his advice and transitioned into the Carnivore diet: no carbs, no sugars, high fat and protein.

 

This has been a game-changer for me. Eating like that made me physically and mentally healthier, and I got rid of my 25-kilo excess weight in less than 6 months.

Since mid-2020, I have eaten The Right Food for People, the food our ancestors were evolving and thriving on:

fatty meat (land and sea animals), eggs, and butter.

I rarely eat vegetables (if I do - it's in the form of fermented) and I don't eat fruits.

I don't eat sugar, grains, or seed oils.

And most importantly - I'm alive and well 😉

 

This type of food is the healthiest for us, humans.

 

Despite thriving on a carnivore diet for a few years now - I still encounter skeptical gazes and doubtful comments.

 

That's why I decided to gather scientific studies, write a kids' book, promote those whom I learned from, and design graphics that promote this healthy lifestyle.​
